I have worked with Adaptive platform development, with product management for Adaptive modeling tools, as a workflow architect for Adaptive systems development and design of Adaptive applications.

Having these type of roles have given my a lot of experience in Adaptive modelling and implementation of applications using an Adaptive platform.

15 years working as an consultant in the system integration domain.

As an integration specialist, I am used to develop integration strategies for larger companies and organizations and to design and implement different solutions using various distributed systems and technologies.

I am basically a Java and open source guy where I usually have roles as developer, architect, teacher or mentor.

I am also familiar with Microsoft .NET and knows C# very well and has also worked with embedded systems using languages like C, C++ and Assembler.

TIBCO

I have a large experience with the TIBCO product family and I have also worked with products in the BEA (Oracle), IBM WebSphere and Microsoft BizTalk families.

Personality

As a person I am very pragmatic, social and focused on the current task. Thanks to my long experience I can also quickly adapt to new environments, systems and new situations.
